George Barclay Country Sofa Bed - Medium

The George Barclay Country sofa bed is a contemporary dog bed, inspired by classic ‘country’ fashion elements. A Tweed corduroy sleep area, paired with contrasting quilted outer sidewalls provides the beds signature styling. The bed is finished with detailed elements, which include signature brass studs, faux suede piping and embroidered brand logo.

This sofa bed is available with our orthopaedic, blended memory foam particles mattress, for dogs that like to settle into their bed. Alternatively, our memory topper mattress offers a flat sleeping surface, with firmer support.

Sizing

We recommend checking the ‘sleep area’ measurements of your chosen dog bed, to make sure your dog will be comfy in their new bed. If you’re purchasing a sofa bed or box bed, it’s worth noting that your dog will also be inclined to use the side bolsters to rest upon, as well as the active sleep area.

You’ll also notice we’ve included the maximum external dimensions of each bed. These measurements may be useful if you have a specific location in mind for your dog’s new bed.

Cushioning

Orthopaedic - Blended Memory Foam Particles

Produced using a blend of memory foam and regular foam, this cushioning will remain cooler than a solid memory foam mattress, while retaining its’ orthopaedic properties. The blended memory foam particles easily mould around the shape of your dogs’ body, achieving supreme comfort and support for your companion. A simple shake of the fill will invigorate the particles as needed. Recommended for dogs that prefer to settle into their bed.

Memory Topper Mattress

Our Memory Topper mattress is a formed mattress, with superior comfort and supportive characteristics. The base of the mattress is produced from a high-density foam, providing uncompromised support for even the largest breeds. The mattress's top layer, utilises a dense memory foam with optimum rebound characteristics, allowing the mattress to contour to your dog’s body shape. The dual layer construction, ensures the mattress will remain cooler than a conventional memory foam mattress. Recommended for dogs that prefer a more stable bed, or predominantly sleep outstretched
