At Emmett & Stone Country Sports Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your country attire and accessories. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items in their original packaging within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or an exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in a resaleable condition to avoid any processing delays.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, making sure to keep your proof of postage receipt.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our workshop team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
